This is a tutorial video on how to take apart and replace the LCD and glass screen on your Apple iPhone XS Max. (The entire AMOLED + Digitizer +Glass screen + frame assembly)
Its the same procedure and same glass screen used for all carrier models.

1. Pentalope screwdriver
2. Y Tip Tri Tip screwdriver
3. Small Phillips head screw driver
4. Hair dryer or Heat gun.
5. Prying tool
6. Suction cup

you forgot to mention that after that procedure, the phone is no longer waterproof...

Does changing the screen mean it’s no more water resistant?
No. Understand that this procedure does not repair the waterproof adhesive parameter that was destroyed when opening the phone.

What about gluing this phone back together? Also where do I get the exact same high quality iPhone screen that Apple uses?
Phone will now leak. This procedure does't address the waterproof adhesive that was destroyed when opening the case.
