Why do the flowers need to be edible. If you're just going to stick glue on them? And who is going to want the egg you and etc after a child/person just contaminated and blew them to hell and back?
The flowers need to be edible so they don't rot as quick and still look real .
My mom would cook an omelette every weekend for my dad when I was a kid. One year she did that blowing technique for the few weeks leading up to Easter so my sister and I had real eggs to decorate. I'm sure my dad was fine eating those omelettes.
