it's insulting that Cris says "you will be a good passer." even if he's not, you dont say that to an NFL QB.

He should thank his lucky stars they opened against Miami. In fact, he's got a very favorable schedule in the early part of the season with the exception of having to play KC, but let's face it. KC's defense is terrible, and even though the Ravens will likely lose that game, I bet Jackson can put up decent numbers against them in that shootout. But the 2nd half of the year, once they start facing the Patriots, Houston, and some other tougher teams, they will crumble and Jackson is gonna go back to looking a like a kid who is in over his head.

Miami's game plan: Ok guys, their QB likes to run a lot, so let's shut that down and get W!
Raven's game plan: Lamar is going to throw the ball like a veteran QB with minimal running.
Will other teams take notice and adjust? Or is Lamar truly unstoppable? Time will tell :)

How anyone opens their mouth to slander this guy when they couldn't even dream of being an athlete of the same caliber as him baffles me lol. Last year he didn't have an OC that trusted him even though he took Flacco's job and made the ravens relevant again and got them to the playoffs lol, and on top of that when he started to throw in that chargers game they made a comeback.

I am amazed at Lamar's composure facing these jackasses who said he could pass, even though he improved as a PASSER every year he was in college. His completion percentage was better as I recall than Sam Darnold. He came from a more pro-style system than Mayfield or Murray. People just saw his dark skin, speaking manner, and hair, plus his incredible speed and running ability and determined that couldn't be franchise QB. They didn't watch him in college. He had 3 years and became better, a way better sample size than Josh Allen or Sam Darnold who had a habit of making turnovers in college. But whatever, I mean Tom Brady was 6th round drafted, Drew Brees was too small, and remember Brett Favre?
