I have the same issue. Some things i have tried are: hard wiring the tv with ethernet cat 6 cable, changing mac address to wired mac address( there is a mac address for both wired & wireless). In TV setting turning off the auto motion setting in advanced picture settings, changing DNS server to Googles which is 8888, in the IPTV settings changing the buffering size setting(red button),reset modem & router, hard booted TV, checked internet speed and says it is very fast, i even called my internet provider for suggestions & they said i shouldn’t have buffering at all. As you see I have done absolutely everything and I still have buffering. The last thing I will do is move the router closer to the TV ( it is in a front bed room about 12 steps away) the store where I bought the cat 6 cord suggested a range extender for the router. Good luck. If you find something that works I would love it if you could email me at hilbillygirl4u@yahoo.com.

I got the same issue and found the fix. The issue is about the Primary and the Secondary DNS Servers. If you are using a VPN service, look up for how to configure your Primary and Secondary DNS Server on their website.

Jay. if you have subscribed to free iptv service don't expect them to run their servers up to date. if it's a paid service then go back to their providers. Either their servers are not able to cope streaming load or your internet connection is questionable. Also try changing DNS server to Google DNS which is 8.8.8.8. It makes a difference. Good luck.

I have the 7-series SUHD 2016 smart tv from Samsung, the channel works find, but every 20-30 seconds, the screen goes black, the streaming stops 3-4 seconds and comes back. It is very weird. UHD HDR streaming from Amazon videos work awesome, internet is fast, it is only when I start Smart IPTV app, this problem starts to appear....

there are tons of IPTV service providers on web and you can select one, but of course check the channel list they have and try buy a one year subscription, it saves you some cash. Check out this one livestreams4u.com/ , they give you a 24 hours trial period and their service is stable and their channel list is huge, if you buy it, try server 2 list, it is a bit more in price but the list if huge...

I found the solution with the app ss iptv
Go to Parameter -> Miscellaneous -> Playback Options -> Playback order of videos, Select REPEAT PLAYING VIDEO
It should be the same with another app, you just have to click the good parameter to avoid your TV tries to zap channels every 30 seconds...

I have the same issue im using smart tv iptv and im new to all this but i went into settings and changed one option which isnt the best solution because it still cuts out and however reconnects by itself.
    1. Settings (red button)
    2. Stream player type (change it from NC auto to NC MPEG)
Hope it resolves the issue i think its not a bad solution knowing i'm using some free lists 😊

Smart TV: Why is my TV buffering when watching videos or browsing online?
    Last Update date : 2017.07.21
Buffering when playing videos online is related to your internet speed. Buffering may occur in your Samsung Smart TV while streaming any 3D or video contents.

Buffering is the amount of pre-loaded data on your Television (and other devices), which loads ahead of a video playback during an online streaming. The extra amount of data that keeps loading at any point when watching an online video stream ensures that the playback does not suffer from either stopping or pausing momentarily. If this data is not available then video will show signs of starting and stopping intermittently.

Buffering usually occurs when the rate of data downloaded from your internet connection is lesser than the rate of video data viewed on your television sets. Also if you are watching HD quality videos on your television with a suffering internet speed then the video will lag. Therefore buffering is an issue related to your internet speed and not your television.

Few extra steps to diagnose the issue related to a lagging video:

    ● If the location of the modem/router is located close to your TV, prefer a wired connection over a wireless connection. Check if this makes any difference, if so then it is an issue related to your wireless connection.

    ● Verify if the issue occurs on two or more online media streaming platforms (example RU-clip, STAN, Netflix....). If the issue is related to only one streaming platform then it is the transmission issue related to that online streaming platform and not with your television.

    ● If the above has not provided you with a resolution then follow the troubleshooting steps to check the speed of your internet connection below.

To check the speed of your internet connection, please follow the instruction below:

    ● Step 1: Go to the Internet Browser in the Smart Hub and type Speed Test in search tab.

    ● Step 2: Go to Begin test and start the test by pressing the enter key on the remote.

    .

    ● Step 3: Perform Download & Upload Test.

    ● Step 4: Verify Ping, Download & Upload, compared with the table.

    No.

    Fast
    3.
    < 125
    1.0~1.2

If your internet speed is moderate to slow then please contact your internet service provider for a resolution.

As a quick resolution please check to see if you are watching 4K/HD quality videos with a moderate/slow internet speed. If you can reduce the quality of a video stream then you can overcome the issue of a lagging video.

If the above steps show that the internet speed is adequate and you suspect the issue is still related to your Television then check if the latest software (click on the link) is installed on your television. For further assistance please contact Samsung Customer Care using one of the options below.

SD and low resolution channels work without buffering, try finding an SD or Low IPTV channels list. I think any channels 1280x resolution and up keep buffering. SD and Low are stable.

i have the same app on my TV the same problem i have a 100 M/s connexion i guess bandwidth speed is not the cause. however i live in France and last month i went to Belgium and i have used the same m3u list and worked flawless not even one single blink . i guess it has to do with ISP either we use thier iptv service or they fuck us up . I've heard it has to do with UDP configuration which is impossible in my case because of my ISP router unchangeable settings . if anybody find a solution or the cause i appreciate if he shares the info . thx all

  • NotSoBright Xperia Themes

There is a workaround. Not a great one, but it helps: you need to play the stream with a media player that allows to replay the same video/track (VLC does that but it must be set manually each time a stream starts, at least with the IPTV clients I tested) . Set it as such (continuos replay) and when it stops it immediately reloads the same stream. Depending on the time needed by the stream to load it can go from acceptable to totally annoying,

    • jay slouka
jay slouka  2 years ago +1

NotSoBright Xperia Themes well I cant install VLC on a Samsung tv using tizen OS, and I understand your work arount the option exist on this IPTV software but it still stops after 15 seconds.

  • Ozolz
    Ozolz 2 years ago +14

This is all caused by a bad host sharing the stream. You cant do anything on your (client) side at all. Just try the free built in russian channels in Smart IPTV-app, they NEVER cut out like this no matter how long u watch them. So crap quality host = video feed cutting out
