  • Often, Mark suggests things that make me roll my eyes. Either because he put it in a pun-- which wear on me. Or I know it's something that is NEVER going to happen. So, imagine my surprise when one day we had tire swing in our back yard. My husband is a stud.

    Wow! My friend and I saw this video while researching how to build a tire swing here in Solano county. When you mentioned the Russian River we both were amazed because we go camping at Casini Ranch often and TOTALLY KNOW the tire swings you were talking about! We've been on then when kayaking more than once. It's a small world :) thanks!

    I did this - it's actually really easy - all you have to do is swing the rope(with a weight on the end) and let go, it will wrap tightly around the branch and then it stays there.

    I would like to make a tire swing could you tell me how you tied a knot to a branch 30 feet in the air? Anyway good job.
