  • I headed out to the Temblor Range near Taft, CA for some motorcycle trail riding with my buddies. It was my first time riding dirt bikes in this area which is south west of Bakersfield. It was about 2.5 hours from Fresno. It's BLM land that was designated an OHV or SMRA area in December of 2014. We rode some really fun single track trail. The area had some rain and snow just a few days before, so traction and fun was prime! I rode my 2015 Husqvarna FE350S. This riding area is not that far from Ballinger Canyon which is much for well known for motorcycle riding, as well as Carrizo Plain.

The only mx track I know if is over at Honolulu Hills, which is not where I took this video. I THINK the mx track is still around, I'm pretty sure they have a website. Have fun if you end up going. I will say that last time I went to the area in this video, we found some MASSIVE booters. HUGE.. I won't hit stuff like that. We ran into a local and he wanted to show us these jumps, so we followed him over to take a look. Someone hauled a tractor back in the hills to make these jumps. They are over near the BLM shooting range.
