We both got what we throughly deserved in this game, Ben fosters time wasting was an absolute joke even at 0-0 I’m surprised he wasn’t booked, but that 95th minute (deserved) winner was just, try time wasting after that Ben.
Great to wipe that smug look off Deeney’s face as well.
Out the bottom 3 Up The Villa🦁

Pearson's a dinosaur sorry Watford fans. He's just another Big Sam, Neil Warnock man manager. He gets players playing with his no nonsense back to basics approach. He inherited a perfect team to play to his strengths ie all big powerful units at the back and midfield, with a big target man up front. Watford got what they deserved last night time wasting even in the 1st half at 0-0 over every throwing and GK. Foster even had a row with the ball boy because he wanted to return the ball quicker than he wanted him to. To sit there and say they were unlucky is a joke. Villa played without a striker and still managed 16 shots to Watfords 8 and dominated the ball and possession 64% to 36% with 6 corners to Watfords 3. The only stat Watford won on the night was the foul count. As for Deeney what an absolute tool just a shame no camera's seemed to catch he expressions at FT when 40000 villa fans were asking him the score 🤣

I really like this bloke. I think Watford have themselves a good manager on their hands. How he's been out of management for so long is beyond me when donuts like Pardew get chance after chance.

If Deeney scored that penalty, and We held the lead against Villa we would be on 29 points, but no point asking ‘What if?’
Well done to Villa showed a lot of character in the comeback.
Probably a reality check for the players and fans how much one defeat can change things with it being this tight in the lower to mid table, so let’s not get carried away as Big Nigel said “there’s still plenty of work to be done”
Onwards and Upwards, I have seen so much quality out of Watford over the last month or so, to be confident we will push on.
    COYH!
    I BELIEVE.

I like Nigel, that from a villa fan. Why it took so long for him to get another job was amazing.
I said just before we scored the second that i thought a draw was about right and if anything Watford were the team more that looked like they could win it. Its a funny old game.

As a villa fan, I thought he talked a lot of sense and respect the man. Great press conference.
    Glad we won though ;-)

We just slipped into complacency mode, alittle of that old Watford we don't like and it's a reminder that this is far from over. There are no easy matches. We have to close down quicker, run hard, move into space and above all improve our passing accuracy! Our goal was superb but one goal is never enough. We have to click back into the heightened state of awareness we were in just a couple of weeks ago.

The fact that everyone in the upper tier of the away end where I was saw Mings quite clearly put his hand out to stop the counter attack is ridiculous that he couldn’t see it and overall I thought the refereeing was poor and also I can’t see his Villa fans are saying the ref was clearly a watford fan🧐

Deulofeu literally kicked the ball at Mings yes it hit his arm granted, but there’s nothing he could have done about that & to receive a second yellow for that would have been extremely harsh, I doubt you’d be saying the same thing had it been the other way around !
