9:55 Is it just me or does it seem like the bottom two intake fans are now blocked due to it being laid flat on the table without the bottom of the chassis. I feel like I can hear more fan noises after this point than before when running the benchmarking software. Not sure if it matters since I am now seeing this video over a year after it happened. Guess I'll just leave my two cents here! Cheers.

I bought the same computer and i am shocked by this video because their XTU Program shows us a max non-turbo boost CPU speed of 2.9 Ghz....
But this is a 2.4Ghz processor... Mhhh very interesting. Did ASUS send them an upgraded i9 9980HK ?
While with my rog laptop (the exact same one) I get a Max non-turbo boost CPU speed of 2.4 Ghz and a Max Turbo boost CPU speed of 4.4 Ghz... but of course in their computer, the max turbo boost CPU speed is 5Ghz...

Seriously ASUS ? This is a shame. We don't get what we buy.

I accidentally sent to much power to my HIDevolution ASUS ROG Strix GL703VD-WB71-HID6 i7 as the power supply wire broke inside the powersupply next to the adapter plugin point... continued use resulted in an arc to the metal surface and the second time I am guessing fried the mainboard the backlightkeys still coming on and power functioning, but no post to bios or fan activity. Good laptop but ran SOO hot. There is something about these processors running hot enough to burn your lap. Totally not designed to sit on your lap, you need to straddle them at the sides. Not sure what dies if an arc contacts them, HDD was recoverable, hoping ram is also. Sadly need to downgrade to a vivibook i5 and hope the 32gb of ram didn't get damaged. Asus is a pretty quality producer so its really unfortunate that their power supply cords couldn't handle use over less than a year of activity. Laptop itself was great, aside from it being incredibly hot. The 100 degree thing is a normal operating temp for the higher end intel chips these days, the i5s seem to get similar results but don't run as hot.. although I'm geussing the vivobook will pale in comparison to the strix gl703VD with nvidia graphics compared to the onboard - in fact the strix had both onboard and the nvidia .... all I can say is that ASUS makes quality laptops generally only ASUS and DELL make laptops that can survive heavy use. Most everything else breaks at the hinges or the keys and trackpad get worn.

Lols ASUS makes some fun laptops. Ive been using one for work all over Canada, to forest fires, up into the arctic. Its been quite the wonderful friend on many a journey. Nothing like being in the middle of no where, work is done. And you just load up steam and play WHATEVER YOU WANT, THIS THING IS A BEAST! Lols! Im on a G75 1070 GTX. Was a great investment, ALTHOUGH!!! My S key falls off All, like all......... the time. For a gamer, that is just not acceptable. Something about this keyboard model of this build or somthing. Other than that and some weak speakers, its by far the best entertainment/ learning/ work device ive ever purchased. I also have gained Grand Mastery in back strength thanks to bringing it on every adventure with me lol.

What games exactly support this? And what internet connection could support the specs those games support? Id be a kid in a candy shop my eyes would pop out of my head. I'm just wondering what the near future is going to be like with at home desktop RAM heading to terabyte realms... eventually it'll just be a glowing sphere of energy...
