One way to please everyone at the table is to custom-make pizza at home: Prepare a selection of toppings and take orders. Usually, I have to prepare one medium cheese and Large Veggie-lover's Pizza.
These days, it takes very less time to prepare pizza, I should say, less than ordering pizza!!! Plus, kids get to enjoy making their own personal pizza as well...

From experience this isn't wrong, but if you want a better homemade pizza you need to bake it on the highest temperature you can possibly bake it for. On a home oven that might be around 230 celcius which if it is it'll take roughly 8-10 minutes.
It is also better to bake the pizza without the cheese or toppings, and add them on when there's 5-7 minutes left to stop burning (like in this video).

The base got horrible and it was not at all crisp. I still wonder how you managed to roll or spread that sticky dough in pizza pan. I wish you had gone in little details for beginner like us. I did everything you suggested in the video from ingredients to temperature to measurement however it was a flop show. ☹

Sad to hear that but hear are some tips, when I didn’t have good oven, I used pre bake crust almost over halfway, top it up and finish baking.
Usually, if the dough is soft, no rolling needed, just stretch and spread over the pan. If the dough is sticky however, use dry flour to make it elasty and then roll or stretch. Hope this helps

I tried your recipe its amazing
But the thing is the amount of water is too much
I used 1 cup and even then i had to add more flour
You might wanna edit the water amount
The rest your dough recipe is amazing

I tried it out yesterday exactly the measurements explained in the recipe and trust me it turned out to be not so good . Dough did rise and after it came out of oven crust was hard not soft at all . Moreover i guess her recipe is different from the measurements she mentioned . So it turned out to be nice in her video but not good otherwise. So folks dont try it . Its disappointment

Nothing wrong with recipe as I make every week. It may depends on flour and other factors as well. Some flour may take more oil to make the right crust

I swear to god i have never tried pizzas,so its basically a round bread with toppings? So im gonna guess its gonna taste like a bread with cheese and tomato sauce combined, someone describe to me the taste xD hahaha. Btw i aint a kid, just a 22 year old guy who had strict parents, not that anyone cares, but just to give you a hint on why i have never had pizzas

    • Bhavna's Kitchen
      Bhavna's Kitchen  3 months ago

Don’t worry. You are not alone. I was born and grew up in India, never had pizza till I think around in my 18 and when I tasted first, wasn’t even much impressed. May be because it wasn’t as authentic. But anyway, I recommend to at least try and explore the taste of it on your own because no matter how good someone would describe, there will be some element missing....

It depends on cheese, mozzarella don’t burn easily. Try to bake pizza on bottom rack.
