    I know this video is super old but thank you so much for posting this Rebecca. Its my favorite 10 minute ab workout. I use this as a base to my ab workouts at the gym twice a week and then either before or after I throw in a couple of addition sets of other ab excersies. I've been using this video for almost 2 years and even though I have it memorized I still put it on everytime lol. None the less I have definitely noticed a MASSIVE change in my core. Thank you! 💜

    i done this a got mine in 1 months :) did this workout 3-5 times a day. the 1st week was difficult but got used to it 8) results showed in 2nd week. stay motivated and eat clean too

    Damn girl, that was without a doubt one of the funnest ab workouts I've seen. I actually almost yelled out "I'm feelin it Rebecca!!" out loud while my whole family is asleep lol. I felt like we were in the same room and you could see me ready to give up! Thanks for the awesome class!!
