After thousands of comments, I get it! I pronounce "Sparse" wrong. I call a meat tenderizer a nut cracker because that's exactly what it was to me growing up. I whacked open the walnuts we would get at Christmas time with a tenderizer so I call it a nut cracker cause thats what it was to me. You can all rest assured I've seen your comments. 😋

Bethany, it's my first time to watch. You did a great job, sorry about ur finger...ouch! I hate it when I cut my fingers for some reason. Anywhere else, no biggie, but the fingers seem to feel worse or take longer to heal. Don't be made at me... But u talk sooo fast!!! I had a hard time keeping up with what u were saying. It was all great info, but I started to get a headache from trying to concentrate on ur words. I think it's a YOUNGER GENERATION thing!! I saw the peppermint craft in Pinterest, planned on trying, but didn't realize it would be that hard. There has to be an easier way. I'll think abt it and let u know. Thanks for the warning though. Merry Christmas, rest those vocal chords to gear up for a busy New Year...lol Seriously, wishing you many blessings for the New Year, much success...and many great new ideas to share! L :)

Amazing Hacks Bethany! Well Done. To those who are commenting on how she says something, or what she calls something....so what? it gives her character and honestly do you all know EVERY word for EVERYTHING? i think not. and those who brought up the President.....the President has NOTHING to do with this video nor even the way Bethany speaks. Give it a rest. Happy Holidays Bethany and you got yourself a new subscriber!

Too funny! I can just picture a little kid smashing a walnut with a meat tenderizer, the shell going everywhere and the look on your parents faces. That's the best part as a kid, cracking the shells. Who cares about the nut?

This is the first time I've seen your videos and I must say I enjoyed it more than I expected. I used to do a lot of crafty things but as I've gotten older I don't have the energy for much but these actually looked so easy and like fun. I know you cut your finger, and I'm sorry about that, but I have to say I really do like the peppermint ornaments as one of my favorites. I'm so glad that you found a way to make it work and to show others how to be safe. Thank you so much and I love the idea of the Garland making the tree look fuller, great idea for those sparse "Charlie Brown" trees.

This is the first of your videos that I have seen and I really enjoyed it. I must say, though that my favorite was the peppermint ornaments. Guess I am attracted to a bit of danger in crafting. Seriously, thanks for the heads up about the risk when removing the bark from the cookie cutter form. I'm not sure I'll give this a try this year but it's definitely an idea for the future. Thanks for a great assortment of crafts.

Awesome hacks! I am so jealous that you can free hand lettering like that. Your sign is gorgeous! I laughed about the peppermint ornaments, because I, too, tried them and cut myself. However, I attempted to completely sever my thumb from my hand. They're cute, but not worth the danger involved! Anyway, thank you for your AWESOME ideas!!! #peppermintvictimsunite #diyinjuriesmakethebeststories

you can add crushed candies to cookies before you bake. using cookie cutters that fit inside one another and make the candy ornaments that way and the candy stays on the inside no cutting your fingers also the candy ornaments that you made are supposed to be made on metal cookie cutters not plastic because you can butter the metal ones so they don't stick spray does not coat the plastic ones enough you can also use a food processor to break up the candy use any hard candy Jolly Rancher, broken lolly pops, what ever you can buy at Dollar Tree for hard candy even sugar free.

Just a little note - Mod Podge dries clear. So putting that on the glass alone will not keep it frosty. You will definitely need to put something on it. It’s meant for sealing as well, so of course you need it to dry clear if you’re putting it over something, like glitter or scrapbook paper. Hope that helps :)

The moment I saw melted peppermints I said nope that's a bad idea, wish I had known about that garland one when I had my little tree, might of loved it more and not have my big one now, but so much yes to the giftbox pictures, so many pretty giftboxes exist and I want them but have no use for them (until now). And I laughed so much I had to pause the video when you used wood pattern paper instead of wood, it's such a good and simple idea and cost effective idea I would of never thought of it, and I don't know many people that would.

Bethany and many here on their deathbeds will think back at all the cheer, kindness and how-to knowledge they spread throughout their life speaking at least 2 languages while many others here will look back and be grateful for all their properly pronounced English words while they condescendingly looked down their noses correcting bilingual or multilingual people.
Your video was great and I enjoyed it :)

I just made the ornament wreath and like it so far, with 28 ornaments, so it's smaller, unless I decide to buy more ornaments(2 of 30 were broken). I too want a special accessory bow to hide the hangers endings. I think the candy sleighs will be fun too. Thx for fun, easy and reasonably priced crafts and gift ideas.
