    My dad installs countertops for a living, and he absolutely screams at the tv when he sees these professional chefs putting screaming hot pots right on the counters with no pot holders. Even marble you should never do what they do on the counters.

    Eventho Rick is giving Chris major clues with the queso, still it's hard to tell what spices is in since the sauce is absorbed by the chips.. among other 20+ ingredients
    So i can understand him not putting any spice in..
