Keto Recipe - Pizza Chips

  • Published on May 8, 2017
  • There’s nothing better than a tasty, quick, and easy to make snack. These pizza chips are fantastic for batch cooking and throwing in your fridge for a rainy day. They’re a bit messy to make, but they are so damn tasty you won’t regret the cleanup. Make sure you’re wielding plenty of paper towels so we can soak up that grease later on, and make these suckers extra crispy.

Can these be made ahead of time, for a party? How should they be stored? Thanks so much! ❤️

I think they'd lose some of their crispiness if you did that. You'd need a way to reheat or broil them.

What camera equipment and computer software do you use? I work at a hospital and have a healthy teaching kitchen that we are publishing videos for. Would like to get the quail out as good as yours

Hi Casey! I'm currently using a Canon G7X Mark II. Looks small but a fairly powerful camera that can even film in low light situations. You will also need a tripod and a horizontal bar (mine is the Photek TRI-X-2500 Tripod Extender.) My horizontal bar is fairly heavy so you have to make sure to buy a tripod that is rated to hold the weight of your camera and bar. (I can't remember the name of mine off the top of my head but I got it at Best Buy.)
For video editing I use Adobe Premiere Pro.
There are less expensive versions of the Canon G7X on the market but I haven't tried them so I'm not sure how they compare. I think Sony makes one. When looking for a camera I've found it's good to have one that can automatically focus and find the proper exposure while filming.
