    Having bulletproof coffee in the morning would be considered a “fast break” so intermittent fasting is not really in this plan.
    Also about cheat meals there was a study showing that reintroducing glucose while on keto causes blood markers of damaged blood vessels to appear-potentially indicating damage to cardiovascular health. Any comment on this?

    I have already used this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) for a few days by now and also the effects are amazing. I still have the energy I need without suppressing my urge for food without making me really feel jittery. I haven`t changed other things I am doing and have lost 7 lbs. .

    Question guys, I'm doing Keto and intermittent fasting at the same time, I eat only one time a day, like 1,000 to 1,500 Calories in total per day. I'm going to start lifting. My question is, is it possible gain muscle lifting weight with this two diets combine.???

    How the heck do you exercise when you don't eat carbs? My body crashes so fucking hard. Can't bike without carbs. Can't lift weights without them.

      I think thats what he meant with hybrid.
      Your body would need some time to get used to fat as fuel if you have been eating high carb .

    SO true......fat is a good fuel, sugar is a bad fuel, however you need to be very disciplined because if you go back to eating sugar or carbs when on this diet, your body will use the sugar as fuel and you end up with a whole load of fat which eds up being stored, so could make you worse IF not disciplined enough

      Actually no. If i am not mistaken its insulin which breaks the fast. And his coffe doesnt trigger insulin production as far as i know.

      Who said you need to UP carbs to build muscle? carbs don't build muscle, carbs get converted to glycogen and ,along with water, are stored in the liver AND in the existing muscles which causes the muscle to swell to accommodate the extra water. Protein builds muscle, amino are building blocks. Keto is about replacing the glycogen with ketones, this happens AFTER glycogen stores are depleted, and ketones offer a higher energy yield than glycogen. You take carbs and you lose your ketosis state, you create glycogen, you increase insulin production, you stifle fat burning, you induce fat storage, ie you go backwards in your goals.

    I'm not knocking his diet, clearly it works for him, and may make a lot of sense. However I just want to say this whole early man argument is one of the most used and least logical arguments. Just because nature made us a certain way does not mean that is the optimal way. Early man didn't lift weights, they were long distance stalkers and were likely thin and built for endurance walking. Yet here we are in gyms and that's a good thing. Early man didn't use cellphones or youtube either... There are better arguments for what to eat and what not to eat.

    But what if eating that ammount of avocados, oil, nuts makes you shit like a demon and gives you the runs cos youre unusually intolerant???😫💩
    I tried to just eat a modest ammount of fats in the form of 4tbsp olive oil and i was on the toilet shitting harder than an inmate who just got his cheeks busted in.
    My body just dont agree with these types of foods that contain good fats. Its the same for fibrous foods too. Three trees of brocolli and youre all dead if i so much as baby fart lol.
    Sooo annoying cos i got decent gains, but i really want to switch to this kind of diet to lean down and get rid of these lovehandles...
    I wonder if theres any sort of way around this problem

    So he was talking about for prep, to have carbs in order to build more muscle, but then go back to keto to cut down. Would you no longer be fat adapted when you are prepping? Or do you do targeted keto, cyclical keto, or just full on carbs? What would be a good plan once you have already cut fat on keto to gain more size?

    Man I’m trying the keto thing out I am confused bc I make 4 scrambled eggs 4 slices of bacon with 4 or 5 mushrooms and for lunch I have a cheese burger (no buns)and 4 slices of bacon and I can’t think of anything from dinner any suggestions if I should just leave out dinner and wake up do some cardio eat breakfast @8 then lunch @2 and go to sleep at 8 y’all I really need help bad suggestions anything I’m tired of my body I wanna loose weight

    I was 75.8kg, did Keto and Intermitting fasting. The first 2 weeks i was ill with the keto flu and lacked energy, Then i saw the wright just fall off with only 2 hours of playing football per week and maybe 2 to 3 HITT sessions per week. 6 weeks later im how 67.8kg. I was low carb extreme, nothing i ate had carbs, i was doing around 5g per day. I don't measure anything, i just removed Carbs and sugar from my diet. Its great.

    I hate to sound gross, but my friend is a fire chief and I asked him what does a burning body smell like, he said he saw a obese person dead from fire and it smelt like maple syrup. That my friend tells me that fat is nothing but pure sugar and carbs and fat is not fat I knew this over 25 years ago

    This logic @ 7:41 on how it's beneficial to burn bodyfat rather than your glycogen stores. Your body will always have glycogen stores and the liver will release it if the body is lacking.

    Further more lets say *2 identical twins* do their cardio differently, they consume the same calories and their Basal Metabolic Rate is the same. Person A does cardio in a fasted state and Person B have their first meal of the day before exercise.

    *Whether A & B end up using their fat stores or not, the calories entering their body will be the same and the calories leaving their body will also be the same, Person A who worked out in a fasted state has yet to catch up on the calories as Person B has already had their meal, Therefore person A still needs to consume those 400 calories that Person B has already consumed before their cardio and therefore their BODY COMPOSITION WILL STILL BE THE SAME, If their exercise and diet is the same EXCEPT their morning meals have a different timing.*

    100% cacao before bed!!! Do you know how much caffeine is in that stuff??? Chocolate should be used like coffee... early in the day! Even if it doesn't keep you awake, your system won't be fully resting whilst asleep with that caffeine processing in there... some other great advice though!
